After a very
successful run at the Nampo technology for sustainable production expo last
week in Bothaville, we’re already busying ourselves getting ready for GrandDesigns Live this weekend.
For those of you
not familiar with this expo, Grand Designs Live is South Africa’s premier
contemporary home show and will be held from the 24th until the 26th
of May at the Coca Cola Dome in Johannesburg. As always, the show promises to
deliver an exciting blend of home improvement solutions – from DYI to design
and security – and, naturally, CENTURION will be there to showcase our
award-winning access automation range.
This is the
ideal platform for introducing home-owners to the exceptional security and
convenience provided by access automation equipment, and particularly those
manufactured by Centurion Systems which offer amongst other features the
ability to open your gate via a missed call from your phone, lock down your
entrance gate automatically, and see which remote controls were last used to
gain entrance to your property.
Advanced
features such as ChronoGuard – which is a standard on our D-Series range –
holds significant benefits for homeowners since it grants them useful
time-based functionality, such as connecting a sprinkler system up to their
CENTURION D-Series gate motor and setting it up to only activate during certain
times of the day.
Grand Designs
Live 2013 also marks the debut appearance at this show of our newly acquired
MyGSM range, and one which is sure to garner much interest. This GSM range
delivers the aforementioned functionality of being able to open an automatic
gate via a cellphone or landline, and can be used to monitor and control up to
eight different electrical devices.
The CENTURION
stand number is I12. We look forward to seeing you all there!
